Water pipes freeze in the winter, can t shower, cook or stay warm.
Maintenance is a joke here. They (Rental Management) want you to be understanding of their ignorance of property rental and or property maintenance.

Their option is; We will let you out of your lease if you can move out within 24 hours in the middle of winter, in a snowstorm. This is if you don't want to be understanding of their inability to fix a leaking roof, no heat or water.

Carpet is old and wore out as well as the appliances. The office manager told me if I would sign a new lease they would put in new carpet, then after I signed a new lease they said they only put new carpet in empty units!!! This is not the only unfulfilled statement (lie), it goes on, & on, & on!!!:)

Maintenance uses your personal items such as dish clothes, area rugs, paper towels or whatever is close them to clean up after themselves and uses whatever you have in your refrigerator (food, bottle water then leaves it half used in the refrigerator.) (My rugs and dish clothes were never replaced, after they stole them from my house, by the way.)

We have been without a refrigerator over a week, all our food has spoiled, what do you think they will do about it'


Every time maintenance has to come here to do something it's scary!!! Even if you call them to come out to do something you have to call them 3 or 4 times just to do a simple fix. Why do you have to go through an ordeal just to fix something that should be routine.

Our tile in the bathroom needs grout & caulk, but fear comes over us just to ask. But if we don't the situation will get worst.

We have to put duck tape around the doors and windows in the winter to keep the cold air out (it gets cold enough to freeze your water pipes in your apartment)

They have signs out around the complex that read "Million Dollar Renovations" that's a joke, they have only put sidings on the outside, that's like never taking a bath and then wiping off with a paper towel without water, you will still stink!

If you have any other choice PLEASE DON"T rent HERE!! Save yourself the anguish.

----------------- should not be in management to begin w/. They do not know how to deal w/ people at all. That sounds just like them to bait and swap on you. Im out of there, especially after finding a used condom in the bushes. I wish I woulda read these posts before moving in there. I wish there was someone to complain to about how rude ----------------- are. Yeah you said it right, you dont even wanna deal w/ them if there is a problem cuz of the attitude thats returned.
