I have lived at Country Villas for a few years now and love it! I don't know what the lady in the review below me is thinking. Maintenance has always been fast, kind, and respectful to fix any problems I have. Sometimes it does take a couple days, but I understand, theres alot of other apartments in the complex not just me! The girls in the office are SUPER nice and helpful with all my questions. I also had a problem with my fridge once, but after a phone call to the office and a couple days later, I got a brand new fridge! The landscaping is beautiful through out the year, and I'm proud to say I live here! Especially with the construction on the buildings, they look great! Keep it up Country Villas!!

You must be the teacher's pet in order to have gotten a "brand new Fridge", because there are still some issues with mine after 3 weeks. I could be that understanding, if my issues were fixed after a "couple of days", but they are not!!! The Fridge they bought to us has the rubber seal broken and falling off and the door is broken so it doesn't hold anything. Everybody has their own standards, some are higher than others. After reading the other reviews and this one is the only person to have anything good to say about this place something is wrong don't you think??? Sorry I smell pay-olla here or at the very least favoritism are you the management or minimum friends with the girls in the office? Shall we take a vote from everyone that lives here to see what the real issues are? My rating for this place still remains the same, it sucks!

to the anonymous response poster ---- Most people only reach out to talk when they are unhappy. What are you really unhappy about? paying late fees when you can't get your rent in on time? I have lived at Country Villas for 10 years. I've seen managers come and go. The basics are the same... Pay your rent, reports your problems in a timely manor and they are taken care of. I even know of a neighbor a few years ago that was being evicted and had repairs needed. They were done despite their non-payment. Sounds like you expect everything for nothing.

In my opinion I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I think johnsue should shut her mouth. Maybe some people post anonymous cuz they still live their. Face it ------ and ------ are very unprofessional. And they do play favorites. Plus the above poster is not bitching about late fees, you are. And I have heard ------,------ & maintenance make comments about the "------ " that live there. So hush! They do play faves.
