Bad: As mentioned before the units are old, so a lot of things are worn down or scratched up and the hollow floor above me is like a drum. I've been paying $805 for a one bedroom, but the rent is going up to $815 soon.
Good: Big private patio without too many people outside. The lady in the office used to be rude, but she was replaced. They're very nice now and helped me out when there was a problem with my rent. There are many similar apartments for less money, but they're in seedy areas or have terrible management. It's worth paying a little more for a good location and decent management.
