I've lived at Country Villas in a townhouse for almost a year now and here are the main problems:
Hot water sucks.
It usually takes 5-7 minutes befor ethe hot water in the sinks even gets luke warm and the shower takes even longer.
There is a definate earwigs problem as I have talked with about 12 of the surrounding neighbor and they agree.
Mainly I kill 2 or 3 earwigs an hour on my carpet.
The "planting area" you get on your patio is sour...in the sense that nothing grows there as there is so much rock and earwig infested soil.
The girls in the office are mean and careless and have no idea how to read a lease.
The neighborhood is ify.
Theres some pretty shady charaters around here.
The air valve caps (just plain black plastic) on my tires have been stolen 4 times, as the hood kids from the apartments down the block are constantly hanging out shadily in the parking lots.
the cons outweigh the pros for me, I will not be renewing my lease.

I think you are being way too kind, haha. How about all the goose poop, too. I moved out of there last fall & I would NEVER go back. I am shocked Amanda and Arlene still have jobs. They are the rudest, especially when you have a problem.Arlene lives there so she sneaks off to her apt when she is supposed to be working. It took them 3 months to fix the washer and dryer in our building.nice!And you better not have any questions for them. You are making the right decision. I seriously think transcients live in the parking lot too. Trust me the grass is def greener on the other side and goose poop free.
