Yes it's true. A recent narcotics raid at one of the units, resulted in one arrest.I personally saw this go down and yet no action was taken against the occupants. Continued drug deals, and call me crazy, is freakin' unbelievable. Weeks just prior to that, the same individuals were involved in a beat down of a neighbor which sent him to the hospital. Unfortunately, the people who were raided were not only allowed to stay in the complex, but were allowed to move closer to children that play there. I've heard rumors the guy who was arrested, gave up his dealer. Wonder if we'll get to see Lisle's finest anytime soon. Acts of violence and loud, irritating music, combined with the condition of the property, is perfect if that's what you like. If you're still interested in living here, it could be better if the management would evict all the troublemakers so our children can play in safety.

The management there is totally rude and could care less. To hear they are protecting the drug dealers is disgusting. Well if you have kids I hope they fixed the play area outside in the courtyard. What a joke about "their million dollar renovation". I have to laugh when I see it as I drive by. I do hope you find something better. When I lived there they had the parking lot blocked off w/ the hazemat team cuz of a possible meth lab. So between that and ignorant un educated managment it is the worst place I have ever lived. I hope people continue to speak out as you have. To warn potential new residents.

The new manager, Cheryl, is fantastic. Atleast she finally knows what's going on around here. I've also never had a problem with the maintenance people. No one has ever used my personal belongings and I've lived here for 3 years. Is the property old? YES! Are there undesirable people here? YES-But you'll find those problems if you pay $2000/mo. The bottom line is quit complaining and move if you don't like it. Yea, it's their job, but they can only do so much. What would you do if you owned the townhome? You couldn't kick out your neighbors. Atleast we can call maint in the middle of the night if something goes wrong. Use your heads! Give me a freakin' break people. Life is what you make of it and you all seem to be making yours pretty ------. Get over it!
