Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I lived at COW for 1 year. Over all it was a nice place to live. The lawn was always well kept. The one thing I didn't like about it was the person above us was very noisy all the time. She had lived there many years, so any time I complained management didn't really care. The rent was slighly high for the area. Also, model was NOTHING like the real thing!
