I know we all have different opinions, but I feel my opinion is honest.
My friend and I have been looking all over for apartments. When we went there, the lady was very unapproacable. She was wearing the same thing she was wearing the previous day we went to look at the apartments. She had no professionalism in her. She smelt of bo. We walked thru the apartment. She did not explain anything to us. When we asked questions she was short. She showed us a dirty apartment that had random things in it but apparently the man moved out. (or so she said) When she asked us what we thought we told her the kitchen was very outdated and the stove was horrible. We asked if it could be replaced because it was 20 years. She lied and told us they buy the stoves new like that. Please go check out the stoves! The dishwasher was very old. When asked to have an apartment with possibly newer appliances she said absolutely not.
UNPROFESSIONAL managment!
If renting here good luck but it just wasnt up our alley to rent from a very stand-offish person.

Even when called for information rental staff not friendly, rude, must not work on commission or sleeping with owner customers are a bother

I was very turned off by the fact that I went to see an apartment two separate occasions and never met the rental agent. The first time I stood outside the door for 10 minutes buzzing the bell, but no one answered even though I called in advance for an appointment. The second time she called to tell me she was running late, but still never showed and instead a tenant kindly showed me her apartment. I never had a follow-up phone call or any apologies. So I didn't end up signing a lease because of the complete lack of professionalism displayed by the leasing agent. If she was going to be rude, she could have at least waited until after I signed the lease like most other managed apartment complexes.
