Nice but noisy

Maintenance and caretakers out too early in the morning; yelling and screaming, chain smoking...
Old appliances and flooring, small bathrooms with old fixtures and tile(yuck).
On the good side: rooms are spacious(much larger than any other apt. available around here), large windows, deck, beautiful landscaping(except for the trees they cut down removing our wonderful shade). Nice pool.
Not enough washers and dryers in each building.
Shared hotwater heater which results in extreme temperature changes when trying to shower. Very frustrating.
