Rude and unfriendly management. Owner ---- VERY rude and disrespectful to renter's. Very outdated appliances. When they come to do work in your apartment the leave work undone for day's. trying living 5 day's without a bathroom!!!! Water leaking in the apartments from the leaking roof. They leave 5 day notices for people who are 3 days late with the rent even though the owners son picked it up on the first and hasnt turned it it to the office. they have 1 washer and 1 dryer for 8 apartments per building which works when it wants to and that's partly due to it being 15 years old. They increase the rent every year without changing anything. Their security deposits are $500.00 and up. plus a $50.00 pp app fee. The carpet in the hall way is very dirty and stained. this place is a dump. PLEASE KEEP LOOKING!!!!!

In response to this review, The Mangement for this property care a great deal for there Residents. Apparently this person is upset with Management because we went after this person for rent. We are doing our job collecting rent. Rent is due on the first of every month(which is for most Properties) not the third. We have every right to put notices up when the rent is not in on time. It seems we hit a nerve with this person.

I think that this person is a very unhappy person. YOu should have know about there only being 1 washer and dryer when you moved in that is yur responsibility to ask. I have to say the management are all extremely nice and I have never had a problem with them
