I had a one-bedroom apartment and could hear my neighbors through my walls and even the floor. I could hear muffled conversations and music playing anytime they were home. I also didn't appreciate getting blasted with cold water in the shower when my neighbor decided to take a shower at the same time. The only thing I liked was my view of the courtyard and the grounds were kept up well. If you appreciate privacy this is not the apartment for you.
