I have lived here for a year and just signed for another year. There is nothing wrong with this place. The Management are very nice and the woman in the office is very funny and loves to chit chat with you. Maintenace staff is really nice also, and always come quickly with your work orders. The property it self is well kept, especially in the spring through fall. The grass is cut almost everyday and bushes trimmed and watered. The summer is great because there is a pool open to the Residents here AND IT IS FREE! I love calling Courts of Williamsburg my home!!
Everyone will always run into a problem with someone else, that is life. But because one person had an issue, does not mean that it is like that all the time.
