Several problems

When renting, you should know in advance that you always need to leave the apartment 3-4 days before the end of the last month that you rent. This might be a hassle. Also, even if you leave the apartment in superb condition you should expect to loose more than $200 for reconditioning the apartment and carpet cleaning. This is the first time that I was charged when leaving an apartment.
Some of the maintenance problems that I reported were solved after months. This is by far the worst maintenance service I ever had to tolerate.

Everything you are complaining about is in the lease you signed. It is YOUR responsibility to read that before you sign it... including your move out date. I have lived here for years and never had a problem. The fact that you gave all ones on your reviews prroves that you are just being petty. The grounds are great here! You can have any opinoin you want about the staff, but when you say that the grounds are bad, you discredit your entire review.
