the manager i talked with today was very unfriendly. I asked for his name, and he gave only by Bob. I asked for his last name and he refused to give it to me and said he only gave out first name. Very strange.

I have talked to Bob a lot and he is a really nice guy! You mut have been pretty rude to him to have him not want to talk to you! Why do you need his last name anyway?
