While at first, i truly enjoyed living here, that has all changed. This past winter, the management changed here, and everything has gone down since then. Basic concerns for safety and living quality have been ignored.
- Building hit by lighting 3 times since January 05, and management dose not want to address it due to financial issues.
- We have been without a working fire alarm since June 26, it is now July 8, 2005
- The management held a sweet 16 party in the main club house for teenagers this past April on Sunday night. AS a result, the noise that was coming out of the club house was so loud; I could not here my TV over the sounds nor get to sleep till it was over around 2am Monday morning. This is typical, sound carries all over this place. Add to this that these underage partiers where clearly drinking beer in the parking lot, and bottle could be found all over the parking lot the next day. When we addressed this with the new management, they said that we should have called the office and let them know while the party was going on…well we did, along with several other people in our complex…surprising they never hear the phone ring nor got the messages left….
- Work Orders are either ignored or “lost” when given to management. When roof repairs where conducted, 15 holes where created in the roof of my unit. That was on May 1st. Nothing has been done about it yet. If you need something done, you have to get one of the maintenance guys, offer them some extra $$ and it gets done that day.
- When Fire Alarm is working, it goes off on its own two times a month on average…usually in the early morning.
- Earlier this year, flyers where put on the door of the complex explaining that there had been complaints of people in the complex using illegal drugs by the management. Great, so i live in a drug complex!
- PARKING…THERE IS NONE!!!!!

AS I said earlier, I truly did enjoy living here at first, with the old management; however, I can not wait to get out of here. I hope people considering living here take extra note; this place was a wonderful place to live, simply look at all of the positive comments from last year and earlier. That said, now look at the comments from this year, there has been a change, and it has not been for the better. If we could get the old management back, or at lest someone who actual takes the time to answer question, and not act like you are taking up all of their time from playing games on the computer, that might be a start.
