I got stuck in the circle by the clubhouse with out knowing how noisy it is. Some jerk is always revving his red mustang at 5am waking me up when I do not have to get up that early. One cannot sleep with their windows open because of the loud cars, loud people, and other noise. I had friends that lived in the outskirts and it was so quiet and the neighbors were really nice. Management is very rude. I called about a concern and was told we are busy no time to talk to you and hung up. I am the customer and I expect to be treated with repect and be heard out. As for maintenance it is ok but one of the buildings was hit by lightning and lost its fire alarm for 19 days. Has anyone heard of lightning rods' During those 19 days a bunch of kids were blowing off fireworks in the parking lot. Smart. Someone called the cops, who I have been seeing more and more around here. Apparently there were a bunch of druggies living in one of the buildings too so there were cops all over the place for a couple weeks. Lots of vacated apartments now, especially in the clubhouse circle. OK so if you have outgrown the college lifestyle and want quiet DONT LIVE HERE. I am out of here as soon as my lease is up. Oh yeah maintenance does a nice job keeping things looking good!
