I have lived here for about a year now and i also have been fortunate enough to live in a building on the outter area. When i moved in they had a 98% rating on here but now.. well you can see it has drastically went down with the new management and i cant wait to leave. THe one positive i can say is that the maintenance staff is friendly and i always get issues fixed in a timely manner. Yes you do have to deal with old washer/dryer and an even older dishwasher (looks like something out of the 60's) that is always breaking down. The ladies in the leasing office are all smiles when you go to sign your death sentence I mean your lease. They are so desparate now they try to get you to renew 3 months in advance! Beware of the pricing as well. There are people living in the same type of unit as you paying way less, i mean hundreds less. I was in the office one day when a couple came in and i couldnt believe the performance Jane put on. It was rediculous. Soon as the couple left she immediately began to gossip about the couple. How unprofessional! and try getting someone to answer the phone when you call!! Unless you walk in and catch them thats the only way to talk to someone. Its really sad that i have talked to people who have lived here 3, 4 even 5 yrs and now because of the new management there leaving. as i am as well. i havent had the issues with noise as i live on the outside away from the clubhouse, although i am starting to be concerned for my safety. Botton line quiet if you live on the outside, swimming pool is a joke, parking on outside not bad except on sundays, saftey is starting to be a concern, appliances are extremely old, maintenance staff is great but MANAGEMENT AND OFFICE STAFF SUCK ROYALLY!!!!!!!!
