i have lived at green trails now for five years and have nothing but GOOD things to say about the facilities and the management. ilive here a a permanent resident. i'm not saving my money to buy a house or move to another state for my job. this is my HOME. the complex is beautiful and well maintained. the neighbors here are freindly and helpful. it is pet freindly but only in certain buildings. the management insists on people picking up dog poop and fine anyone $50.00 if caught walking away without picking it up. kids have a good time playing and it's a safe neighborhood. i have been through three property managers they were all great and the present property manager mandy is professional and fair is her dealings. i have had about three issues that nneeded to be resolve and i found her to be reasonable and accomidating. maintenance comes whenever you need them and they work super hard to solve any problems you may have. this is a GREAT place to live!!!! the weight room has been remodeled and the pool attracts beautiful people. shopping is close as is the train station, not to mention the bus stops right in front of the complex. if your looking for a nice place to live raesonably quite with a management team ready and willing to help with any reasonable rquest, green trails is the place for you. not to mention the ,miles and miles of bike paths available!!! i live on the ground floor and the managemnt allows me to make my own flower garden right outside my sliding glass door
