I have come to the following conclusion. Those people that are writing the This place is Great Comments are all employees here. Yep, if you work here, you live here! I know this for a fact, they have been told to write these comments to offset the real residence frustrations. I lived here at Green Trails for three years now, and can not tell you how much I am looking forward to leaving this place. While, yes, cosmetically, it has received lots of new pain, the level of clientele has sharply lowered. I do not believe I am far off by saying that this place now accepts section eight public housing people. With Four Lakes two blocks away, I suggest you read those comments, and relate them to Green Trails. While we are not there just yet, I have no trepidations that we will be within that same level of cesspool within the next two years. All of the good people are leaving, as more and more trash moves in. This was quite the upscale place, but now it has turned into the first stages of becoming a project. The people moving in are either drunken college students or poor families living with every member of the family that they can squeeze into the flats. True, I did enjoy it here; I no longer can say that I do. With LPD here almost every other night, domestic deputes, drunken neighbors, and other such nonsense have lead me to the conclusion that this place is no longer the location I wish to call home. To that end, if you are looking for a safe and quite place to live, this is not it.

I have lived here since May and can tell you that you must be out of your mind to say any of these things, I have recommeded Green Trails to everyone that I know. The Managment is nothing but professional and curtious and the maintenance staff completes all of our complaints within 24 hours. I have a small child and feel nothing but safe in my unit. It is extremely quiet and I have never seen the police here. I think you have some major personal issues and you need to just move on. I am very glad that you are not one of my neighbors.

If by "safe" you mean having your car broken into, having someone slide into your parked car because the parking lots aren't plowed, or having the back stairs covered in ice (not once were they salted last winter)then sure--it's "safe"--The cops are always at Green Trails, not sure where you've been during their many visits? Usually to bust loud parties, drug users, or domestic disputes. I hope you continue to feel safe, and that you and your child remain happy, but I would be on your guard.
