The Noise, Noise , Noise! The parties, parties, parties! Did i forget to mention that there was a meth lab found here a few months ago! ten more weeks till i am out of this place. No more fighting for a parking space, nor more college kids running around at night, and no more having he fire alarms go off at all hours!

I am the manager here at Green Trails & can assure you that this review is completely untrue. We have never had a meth lab on our property nor do we have parties or college kids running through our beautiful community. This person obviously is somone who has not gotten their way and is unhappy. Should you be unsure of who to believe, I would then urge you to contact the Lisle police department for information.

Um severin you might want to read some of the other comments that reccomends your place because some of them are from college kids from BU and NCC. They all talk about partying here into the wee hours. So I would check things out before your next response. Plus I know a couple college kids that live there and they have parties all the time. Oh one more thing...well more like an advice...the basic complaint by everyone is that when Mike left the feeling of COMMUNITY was gone. Maybe as a manager should seek to improve this rather than watch the almighty dollar or bottom line. I know its hard to do that, but I believe...nay I entrust in you to have the morals and ethics of person and not just another money hunger manager. In other words OPEN YOUR EYES and START LISTENING TO THE RESIDENTS. It sounds as if Mike did that.

All i want to say it that the fact that "severin" who admits to be the property manager (and she is because i use to live there, key word being "USE TO!") just proves our point that we, real residence, have been making all along. THEY WATCH THE COMMENTS!! Although she is using her last name and actually admits in this response the rest of them try to portray themselves as a real resident. This by no means is a professional community anymore since Mike left. It is not quiet and safety was an issue while i was living there and the quality of tenants, well......its turning into the equivilant of "projects". I am not totally negative as i admit the maintenance staff is friendly but truth be told the manager and office staff are extremely rude and two faced, that is after you sign your lease. The place has gone to hell in a speed boat on an ice path. Please beleive the comments that tell you to stay away, they are all true. By the way to the decent residence still there please use common sense upon move out... insist on an inspections and take lots of pictures you will thank me later.....
