I have lived at Green Trails for a little over 3 years. I do have to say it appears things have changed alot. I can see what some of the other reviews have pointed out, but MOST is crap. If you are not happy where you are, then Leave! It will only make it a better place for the people here that do like it. If it is that bad, have you told anyone or called the police' Everytime I called the office, they helped me. Maybe it is because I am not a problem!

I agree, Mike was a great person, but I could ask him for help in my apartment or need something and he would not remember to do it. He did have some great resident parties! Susie was one I called when I need something done. She was always on top of things. I don't know what happened to her but she was great. The maintenance is great and get things done on a timely basis.

Give Green Trails a chance. I does seem like the people who are saying bad things are just whinning and making the place seem worse than what it is. Don't forget, this is an apartment and you will hear noise in any apartment

Interesting review???? First, i dont know if you can read, but people have mentioned time and time again that the police have been out to the complex on many occassions, and that people have complained about the noise. NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT!!!! So i guess they took your suggestion and MOVED!!! Its interesting that you would say that susie would handle any issues you had because susie was the accountant and didnt handle resident complaints. I know because she would always refer people to the leasing agents. What happened to her... hmm maybe she, like many others, didnt like what was going on and also took your advise of leaving. Ever think about that. Good people dont stay in bad situations long.... They dont have to take anyones word for it, they can drive out there on any given night after 7pm and experience it for themselves.
