We are a professional couple who moved into Green Trail in September 2003. Mike was wonderful, and so helpful in the renting process. Our first year at Green Trails was wonderful. Very quiet, no problems with safety...a great experience. We decided to renew our lease.
During the course of the second year we had some new neighbors move in. They played loud music all night, every night which we could hear in our bedroom. We complained to the office numerous times, and it never stopped. It was so loud earplugs did not block the bass. This was very frustrating, as we were told when we moved in that the management had a three strikes and you're out policy. We ended up breaking our lease and moving out.
It was very disappointing because overall we could have had a very good experience. But because we could never get a restful sleep, and no response from the office, it left a sour end to our stay there. Otherwise the apartment was nice, facilities nice, breakfast 3 days a week was great, parking could be a hassle sometimes but was always manageable. Great location. It was unfortunate that they didn't take care of the noise, otherwise I would have had a glowing review. Overall, it is still a good place to live if you are fortunate to have quiet neighbors, and don't really have to ask the managment for anything.
