well peeps i move in mid may. and i have been to 2 different apt. complexes in the last 3 years and this one has the look and the style for a younger class. It has the amenaties that im looking for and im sure a townhouse here will be worth it. Its next to two colleges so all you people who are writing bad reviews are just getting back at the the nice people i just signed with. You people who write bad reviews are all old cranky stuborn people. And all of you who say that its managment writing these, well this one is from a college graduate, who is in the middle of a masters and works for a reputable company and can handle partying a little and relaxing in a community that offers a fun environment. Oh and if parking is so bad, dont be a tight ass and spend $100 for a garage and quit complaining!!!
I hate people who complain, just enjoy life and relax...we all have better things to worry about...just my 2c.

Well,"peeps", for someone working on their masters, maybe you need to include a class on remedial spelling, it is "amenities." Plus you're (sic) lack of consistency in punctuation and capitalization is telling. Good luck to you regardless.
