When I moved here in the fall of 04 I had inititally met with a nice friendly, accomodating leasing agent. Once I was a resident he left after 2 months. The customer service here has quicly declined. I have had several maintenance issues...and after a maintenance professional was here once he expected me to fix it myself. My air conditioning has been broken since last summer...they "don't know what is wrong." they recently were resealing the parking lot and CANNOT appropriately give information to people....I moced my cAr three nights in anticipation of the supposed re-sealing and then got towed!! The following night there was no where to park in the entire complex and when i talked to management about it they suggested that i just park at the walgreens that is around the corner. To finish my stay here they only offered me a 8 or 19 month lease to renew. BEWARE!! Bait and switch the whole way...they don't care about their residents! They care abou themselves and what is easy for them and will toss you to the wayside to do whatever it is that is more convenient for them.
