I've lived in Green Trails for 3 years with my husband. We live in the in the portion of the complex closer to the Huntington condos and the back of the Walgreens strip mall. The apartments themselves are older, but they've been kept up fairly well. The minor problems that we've had have been fixed promptly. Noise isn't too much of a problem. We do hear our downstairs neighbors when they are 'intimate', but I think that's more because they are just very loud. My only real complaints about this complex is the severe lack of closet space in the one-bedroom units,the fact that there are a lot of areas of the lawn outside where the grass is gone (when it rains, it becomes a mud pit which is not fun to walk my dog through), and I think the parking lots should be better lit, especially since I've heard about a number of car break-ins. Overall, I like it here.
