...Now that I have moved out!

I look back at my time spent at Green Trails and realize it wasn't the worst place a person could live...but it was most definitely not the best! It was the two-faced actions of the office management that I really could not stand. And yes, I guess I was two-faced with them, too. Pretending to be happy and nice everytime I turned in my rent check and breaking my lease! However, when I'm paying a company almost $800 a month for a 500 square foot room, I do not expect my quality of life to go down the drain! Of my three neighbors on the first floor, I would only consider one to be a respectful neighbor. The rest could give a rat's behind about others. Non-stop door slamming, loud stereo's and t.v.'s so loud you could hear what station they were listening to. To make my life tolerable I would sync up my television to theirs! I called the office REPEATEDLY to tell them of the noise. NOTHING was done! NOTHING!!!! They told me they would talk to them, send a letter, warn them. It didn't solve a thing. I'm guessing because they did nothing they promised. I assuming, also, it was because they were getting more money out of them, than me. My decision to move was based SOLEY on the disrespectfulness of my neighbors AND the managment! There are better was to run an apartment complex than just throwing a party for "residents"! It doesn't make up for their lack of professionalism or management skills. Does anyone go to those besides the staff'
I'm not attacking anybody personally in the office, just the way things are run. This rating website speaks for itself. Don't rent here and leave if you can. Oh, almost forgot, the best thing I every spent my money on...breaking my lease at Green Trails. It was pretty easy, they do give you any easy out! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

well i lived in green trails for a year, in one of the town home style apts, so did not have neighbor problems at all. It was on a quiet corner right behind CVS, i really was quite happy. Hey look at it, all apartments are going out of business and selling condo. These are some of the few that are trying to survive, for all you renters out there, be careful cause availability is going to hit an all time low with no apartments available, glad i bought my house in aurora.
