Looked great at first but then needed some leaks taken care of and some little things fixed and it took maintenance over a month to finally show up. Then when they did show up, they only took care of one thing (which it was probably the hardest thing to fix). On top of that, I moved in with a gas leak in the utility closet. Place is otherwise okay as long as you don't need anything fixed.
