I wish I would have rented somewhere else instead of here. My main problem is with the office staff. I'm so happy that Sharon is finally gone but there are still problems. They don't care who they rent to, as long as the money is coming in. My neighbors like to throw parties until the wee hours of the morning. I'm now on a first name basis with the nice lady who answers the Lisle non-emergency police line. When I complain to Green Trails, I am told that I should "get over my personal issue with my neighbors".

Landscaping is a joke, the only buildings that look nice are the ones by the clubhouse. Most (if not all) are surrounded by mud because the maintenance staff don't do anything. I have to use an umbrella to leave my building when it gets warm and the snow is melting because they don't clean the gutters and all the melting snow pours over the door. If you're looking to rent here, be sure to drive or walk around and pay close attention.

Don't let them fool you with amenities like the pool...the health department forced them to close it more often than it was open last summer because it wasn't clean. The hot tub was open was open for probably a week total. Then they decide to remodel the bathrooms (the only way into the pool) the first month it was open.

From what I hear, the fitness center is finally open again after a "30 day remodel" that started in September.

Did I mention that I can't open my dishwasher all the way because my stove is in the way' Silly me, on day 2 they told me that I'd have to deal with it.

CAN'T WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS UP!!!

I live at Green Trails too and my roommate and I can't stand the office staff! We think they are so rude and inconsiderate. I totally understand your frustration!

I know you are both upset with some things but pleae help a young renter. I am a small girl and need a safe place. Maintenance and staff issues aside would you feel safe walking a dog late at night. Please anyone answer!
