After just re-signing for a second year, I have nothing but good things to say about the apartments.

Maintenance has always been responsive. We've only had two minor problems come up with the apartment, and both times, someone was here and it was fixed within 24 hours.

The floorplan in our place is terrific, with a surprisingly open kitchen/living room for an apartment. Plenty of space to entertain some friends.

Also, if you're on one of the outskirt buildings (the ones facing Benedictine), you'll have a beautiful view of trees, fields, and the campus. The two bedrooms tend to have the better views--the one bedrooms all face the parking lots.

The continental breakfast is also nice if you can muster the energy to wake up the extra fifteen minutes early to run to the clubhouse to catch it. Standard continental fare. The pool and workout room similarly have everything you'd expect.

I commute into Chicago daily, and the commute is not bad if you're travelling to an area near Union Station. Around rush hour, Pace busses will pick you up at the apartments.

Also, if you have pets, the place is very pet friendly. In the Green Trails community, you're just minutes away from the trails which are terrific to take the dog for a walk around ponds and other scenery. There's 20 some miles of trails, and after being here a year, we haven't ran out of new places to see yet.

All-in-all, we've found Green Trails to be a step above the other Lisle (and area) apartments. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
