I live in a two bedroom, and it's kind of a dump. The door fixtures are somewhat crooked, the appliances and overall look are completely outdated, and the walls are paper thin. Some of the people in the office aren't very nice, but more often than not, they're at least helpful, even if they seem like they don't want to be. The maintenance staff usually does a good job, and they fix things as soon as they can. They've mentioned that they're understaffed, so things can sometimes take a while. The contractors, however, that they have DO NOT do a good job. They came in to fix my ceiling and it cracked again right away. But, that's not the fault of Green Trails. My general feeling about GT is that if you're young and starting out, it's a good choice. It's less expensive than some other places in the area, bu it's not the nicest place.
