Where do I start'

We have been here for 1.5 yrs, and we are breaking our lease and paying the penalty, just to get out of this dump. These are the reasons:

1. We had dishwasher that didn't work from day 1, and did not get replaced until last week.
2. Our washer/dryer was not working properly, and this still hasn't been replaced, or fixed for that matter.
3. Everytime it rained, we had to walk through a pond/mudd filled sidwalks just to get to our apartment.
4. We had issues with our neighbors as well (smoking in the hallways, parties until 3-4 in the morning on weeknights, and numerous parking issues.) We were told that we have to deal with that ourselves.
5. The plumbing in the apartment is always a problem. The drains don't drain well, the sinks/shower head leaks.
6. Last winter we had very little heat, due the fact that our heater was not working, and the maintenance never fixed it correctly.

I'm sure there are more reasons that I'm forgetting. But we have had nothing but problems with this apartment complex. I would strongly urge anybody looking to move in here, to find alternative options.
