I have lived at Green Trails for 6 months and am basically satisfied. It is an apartment complex - you will get occasional noise from upstairs or side neighbors, but overall, I get a good night's sleep. I enjoy my patio that faces a well maintained courtyard. Each unit has central air-conditioning - this is very bothersome as the units(3 of them) are right outside my bedroom window - I sure am glad we're going into winter.
It looks like they're going to sell these as condos. They are remodeling the units to make them more attractive, even though, as they currently are, they are quite satisfactory. They are also doing extensive landscaping, and while doing this they are covering the ugly AC condensors with bushes. Management owns The Ponds, which just started selling as condos. I would only consider buying a twonhouse as the noisy AC units would not be a factor.
I do not regret renting here, and will stay untill they sell as condos; maybe even buy a unit.
