When we first moved here 2 years ago we were excited with all the amenities but quickly learned that they weren't all they were cracked up to be. There are always things not working or closed off for months at a time. But even with that we could live with it. It was when the maintenance & security went downhill that we have started rethinking staying here. Everytime we turn in a maintenance ticket they come quickly and say that it works fine so we have to turn in a second request before they finally actually look at it. Then it takes weeks to get it fixed and they always have someone else to blame. It took 3 weeks to get out toilet fixed - so we were out a bathroom. Then they became so focused on remodeling that they forgot all about the residents that they currently have. Another 3 weeks to get something fixed and to top it off they kept lying to us about it. I went in every day asking when it would get done and kept being told 2 more days. 3 weeks later it is still not fixed. The mail room in the office is a joke. Anyone can just walk in and take whatever packages they want out of the office mail room. DON'T LET THEM SIGN FOR YOUR STUFF!! They don't even look at what is being delivered. We had a brand new laptop delivered and called them to say that it was coming in the specific day and to please not let it be put out in the lobby. But it was already too late. It had been stolen right there in the lobby. We were out $1500 and they said it was our fault for signing on our lease that they could accept packages for us. We have had multiple things "disappear" that have been delivered to us at this apartment and they don't care at all! If you have a choice I'd say don't stay here - it is not worth what you pay. We enjoyed it at first but quickly came to see that they don't care about their residents at all. It's sad.
