I had an experience with the management staff regarding my garage. Unfortunately in the dispute with my garage neighbor who happened to be a member of maintenance there quickly escalated and of course, since he was staff and I'm just a resident that has had no complaints, nor missed a rent payment in five years, they took his word over mine and I'm leaving. They are starting eviction procedures even though I have voluntarily opted to leave. In the five years that I've been there my A/C doesn't work properly and they keep telling me it's fine. My dishwasher is circa 1980 and every time I call they come tinker with it and leave it there. I waited 2 weeks for a washer and dryer to be fixed. I've got neighbors who are clearly crack heads and party all weekend on their front porch til all hours of the morning. The management at this place sucks and has sucked since about 2005. I've had it with this company and will never ever rent from them again. Any management company that feels it's within it's right to scream and cuss at a child doesn't deserve my hard earned cash. But now they have their newly renovated apartments that no one will rent because the prices are completely outrageous. My sister in law's car was broken into twice while we lived there and mine was broken into once. I'm moving to a place with the same square footage, roughly same layout and it's 200 dollars a month less. I agree with the previous poster that the amenities sound fantastic, until they're down for months on end and don't work.

The amenities are mostly what got my boyfriend and I to move in mid-April. A 24-hr fitness center, jacuzzi, and pool sound great right? WRONG! That's just a way for them to get you in there. Two treadmills in the fitness center have been down for 3 weeks and still not fixed. The Jacuzzi has been down for a week and no way of telling when it'll be fixed. I was so excited for a nice day to finally come when I'd have a chance to use the pool, and it was FREEZING! We're talking levels of hypothermia! A maintenance guy even came by acknowledging that he knows the water is cold. When asking about the heater he said, "it's in the shop. Don't you know the price of gas these days?" So they'd rather save money on not heating a pool and possibly cause a severe health issue with a young child swimming in water so cold? RIDICULOUS! Not to mention our cable through the complex hasn't worked basically since we got it. We have lots of ants that keep getting in from the various building and window problems that maintenance can't find the time to fix because ants are not considered an emergency problem. Unless you have an emergency problem, don't expect any kind of speedy aid when it comes to getting something fixed. We are definitely regretting living here and can't wait to move out and think we should get our money back for all the troubles we've had and are still having because people are too incompetent to really solve any problems.
