I've been living here since the beginning of summer in an updated 1 bedroom. The service I received here when I was looking (and I had a huge list) far surpassed anywhere else. That is one of the main reasons I chose to move here to begin with. When I could not return for a second visit, the leasing girl took detailed measurements to make sure my furniture would fit.

Since I moved in, any issue I had with maint was addressed IMMEDIATELY. They even came in to help me put up my own shelves and hang my bike in my storage closet. They come over to change light bulbs whenever I need them too.

The staff is always smiling and pleasant in person and on the phone. They go out of their way to make conversation and make me feel welcome when I go to their events. For what I am paying, I feel I get A LOT in return. My friends live in the area and hands down, I have the best looking apartment. And with my past experience with other places I've lived, I'm happy here. I would highly recommend.

i couldn't agree more with this person. i have lived here five years and i can say with complete confidence.... this is the GREATEST apartment complex in this area!!!!!! the staff is ALWAYS pleasant, helpful AND timely with any and ALL issues that may arise in your apartment. the neighbors are great and there is a true sense of community here. if you are looking to rent or have a loved one live in a wonderful, safe, caring community. I agree, the staff at Green Trails are superb and excel in customer service. The community is well kept and any maintenance issues have always been addressed promptly. It is a pleasure living here and a place I can truly think of as home!
