Cheap Price..Bottom Line

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I stayed there for about year and half and though the rent is cheap, the apartment construction is not good. emergency maintenance is good everything else is a week atleast. neighbours are ok. parking sometimes get bad.
