It is a total "fool you". There was a lot of little things that added up to me not re-newing my lease. First I had contacted the office in regaurds to my a/c unit. It was running night and day for a month. I called 3 times to have it fixed. needless to say... I needed a new one. When i got my electric bill it was 150.00. I asked them to help me pat it due to their maintenace error and they refused. They never replace my cabinets that were all broken, or painted my accent wall and I was not able to move in according to schedule because they were installuing my carpet that day! So I had to wait an extra 7 hours. When I had a prob. with my toilet leaking it took 2 weeks to fix it and then they forgot to put it back. not to mention it was all mold and mildew under the tile that spead to my bedroom. In general Im very displeased with the accomodations here......
