Lakeside Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

Since day one nothing has been right. I moved into a dirty apartment. Maintance takes 2-3 weeks to come and fix something. The floors suck; you can hear everything! The windows are out dated and they are drafty. The leasing office is no good. I don't know why they even have one. The encourage you to call and complain about exessive noise, but they do squat about it. The only plus is you're allowed large breed dogs, but if you get one you're pretty much stuck here. I really have nothing to say good about this place. I wish i would have read the reviews before I moved in. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

My sympathy. I lived there eight years before moving out four years ago. The first six years I lived there it was very nice then the scum moved in. If you are not tied to Lisle might I suggest Railway Plaza on Rte 59? I've been here three years, and I could not be happier. To wit: Large breed dogs are I believe allowed though there may be restrictions on pits, I'm not sure. The place is quiet and well-built; my apt is facing the parking lot for the train station, and the trains pass by about a hundred yards away, and I barely hear them. And as for neoghbors, I hardly know they are there as the place is so very well-constructed, inclduing double-pane windows to minimize the train noise. And good deals too; I pay 887 for a 1-bedroom that was as large as a 1 BD and Den at ghetto-side. Check it out. |
