Depends on how much you pay for

After reading through all these good/bad reviews, I have to agree a little bit with both. I lived here for a year and moved out soon after. There are good and bad about this apartment complex:
Good:
1) Spacious. Especially for the price. I only paid about 700 for a 750sqft one-bedroom. New carpet upon moved in too.
2) Parking. Maybe it's because my unit was the cornering building. Parking was always ample. Security is an issue though (see below).
3) Clean. Never had bug problem. Only spotted ladybugs on ocassion, which is really a non-issue.
Bad:
1) Noise. This is really the worst aspect of this place. Like many reviewers righteously claimed, the walls are paper thin. You won't be able to fall asleep if you have neighbors walking in their unit at night, unless you are a hard sleeper. In addition, you'll hear people talking in the hallway, open/slam door and walking on the stairs, all while you're trying to enjoy watching TV in your living room.
2) Management. Complained several times about the noise issue. Absolutely no response. I had to finally contact the property manager to get a response (that people making noise at night are not in violation of their "friendly neighbor" policy, but rather something they are "entitled to do at home". Go figure).
3) Security. Never feel safe to park your car here, especially if you drive a good one. Always have teenager/college kids hanging around in the parking lot at night, rev'ing engine or playing loud music.
At the end of the day, you really get what you paid for. If you feel you can sacrifice certain living standard for a cheaper rent, then go for it. Otherwise, I'd recommend you to spend a little more to find a better place to live.
