Maybe our building is newer because its clean and we have not had the kinds of problems listed in some entries. Maybe we just live on the right side of the lake..lol

Maintenance has been fast and friendly-only once it took them a week to fix something.

The office staff is just eh. Seem to turn over a lot though. There are a few nice girls right now but one that we try to avoid.

We were lied to about pet rent though... make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. They told us we had to pay the pet deposit once but when we thought about gettin another cat said we would have to pay it again.

Of course raised our rent when we renewed.

The ghetto children can be bothersome but we have never had a problem with drugs dealers or anything.

Wish the parking lot was better lit....

and landscaping people start at 7am- slightly annoying
