I have been here for years and it has just gotten worse every year. The staff has a HUGE rollover rate, so you never know who you're dealing with. The Maintenance staff is a mixed bag, with a few good workers: the others are lazy or bullies.

When we first moved in, there was a problem with red biting ants in our apartment. Instead of dealing with the problem in a responsible way, the front office tried to tell us that we must have brought the ants with us. Needless to say, the other renters were also infested and it had nothing to do with us.

This complex is FULL of college age tenants who do nothing but party. Every night of the week, one can hear people outside of the apartments whooping it up. The office has done nothing about this. This is NOT a good place for families: as a matter of fact, a lot of the parents around here allow their kids to play on the property which is extremely noisy and bothersome. They play in the firelanes at all times of the day, especially in the summer, sometimes up until 11pm. The office doesn't act on this either.

Construction was noisy and bothersome for over a year, and the landscaping still looks like ----. They put in new windows for the first time in 30 years: it took them that long to do some rennovations of worth. The front office is full of inept and uncaring individuals who just make bad situations worse. They don't fix things on time, have horrible parking and no parking policies, and they don't care. The wiring in the buildings is obviously screwed up because fire alarms go off all of the time for no reason: the fire department in Lisle should sue for all of their wasted hours having to come over here on false alarms.

Don't ever move in here, it's not safe and it's an incredible headache. They charge way too much for crappy apartments, and they don't cover anything like heat, water, electricity, NOTHING. Whoever is writing positive reports on this place must be working for them, because I don't know anyone who likes it here.
