I have lived here for 2 years now and i could not be happier!! The staff is always ready to help in any way they can. The grounds are well kept and it is just a friendly community overall. There is always a wave and a smile from the staff every time i see them. I also like how i have a hanger on my door every month just in case i forget to call something in i can just write it down and hang it on the door and it will completed by the next day. This is my first apartment and i'm glad to call it my home!!

Obviously you either drove through, work here, or are very new. The grounds are normally muddy because the buildings are sinking. The extension cord and hose in the parking lot are very attractive, as are the piles of dog waste and litter throughout. The newly renovated and well maintained apartments? You must either be blind or have very low standards. The baseboards do not line up, nails from the tack strips stick out throughout the carpeting and none of the doors close properly. In addition the bath tubs are painted and that will become very obvious once you try to clean them and the paint comes off.

HAHAHA! This review is likely written by either an AIMCO or Lakeside employee, and that being the case this halfhearted, lame attempt is on par with everything the employees of this company do. EVERYBODY else gives this dung heap it's rightfully earned poor review, but one review gives it a 5, and claims the exact opposite of everybody else. RIGHT!
