Okay, I know, this place doesn't sound like the best place to live...I get it. I'm doing a search now for an apartment and read some good and bad reviews about lots of places. But this guy has got WAY too much time on his hands! This is the most ridiculous review I have ever read, and I've been reading a lot. What it sounds like to me is that you can't pay your rent so your looking to get free rent for the time it took you to look at the paint peeling. Get a life and write a real review so people can get a real idea of what its like, not just cause you can't pay your rent and your pissed at the world! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

My question to you is how long have you worked for them? Paying rent isn't the problem. Paying for things that aren't delivered is the problem. As I am paying for a home that I live in, yes I have plenty of time to notice what is not provided that I have already paid for, or what was not provided as agreed. You may live where you choose, but my review is honest and there are PLENTY of people that currentlt live here and formerly lived here that can attest to this.

I believe that anything dealing with how an apartment community responds to any issue a tenant has,should be exposed here. I feel its not anyone's place to judge someone based on their satifactory or unsatisfactory review. REMEMBER: 1:it is not tenant rating.com; 2:a rating is relative and and directlty porportionate to a persons standards and beliefs. 3: internet usage requires a degree of common sense.

Living in an apartment with mold, peeling paint, leaking ceilings, loud noise from the neighbors, heat that works half the time, no parking and rude management can hardly be considered luxurious. In fact, I would consider it substandard at $1297 a month.
