Well, I suppose if you can deal with the fact that people urinate in the stairwells, and the garbage shute, deal with the high noise level from hispanic individuals testing out their car stereo equiptment at 1am (every name on the front buzzer list is Hernandez or Lopez), or with a staff who's only concern is getting your rent, then this is the place for you.
I lived there for a year in one of their 3 bedroom apartments. Yeah, the size of the apartments are great, but that is really about it.
The day we moved in (I kid you not), a older lady greated us at the front door as we were carrying in our belongings. She noticed that we were moving in and started up a conversation. We asked her how she liked it here to which she responded "This place is terrible! I moved in 6 months ago and can't wait to get out." She cited some of the problems I listed earlier when recounting stories she had experienced.
No exercise equiptment, over-crowded pool, and good luck getting your laundry done in their laundry room. Take a number.
They claim that they spray once a month for bugs. Despite this (and average housekeeping on our part), we had a problem with cockroaches. It turns out that the apartment next to us was in poor shape and there were cracks for the critters to get into out place.
Personally I wouldn't waste my money.
