I have lived here for over 2 years. The first year or so was fine only because I was NEVER home. We will start with the storage if they call it that. It took me over a year to actually get a storage space and then they cut my lock off without me even knowing. The laundry facility is kept up well. However, the washers and dryers are not. We have had numerous problems with atleast one or two of the washers/dryers no working at all. I have had my money replaced many times.

My apartment is nice if you keep it up. The tile in the bathroom has had MOLD along the entire ring the entire time I have lived here. They keep saying they will replace the tile but do they' NO. All I have to say is I better not have to pay for the replacing of the tile.

Maintanance sucks as well...if you actually get some one who speaks english Good Luck with those who dont. They come in and out as they please. They were fixing my A/C unit most recently in the past few weeks and while doing so they broke a family heirloom that was very dear to my family. When I confronted MAGGIE about it she states she cant do anything about it because she cant be for sure that the maintance staff were responsible. BULL. I cant wait to move out of this hell whole.

Good luck with the parking because there never is any. I received a ticket once a year or so ago and Maggie says to park on the street next to my apartment building. Why should I have to park my car on the street while others get to have abandoned cars and trailors parked in the spots for working cars. I got so mad I wanted to spit fire.

I move in TWO weeks and its the happiest I have been since moving here.

PS dont let the curved wall fool you!
