My wife and I just bought a condo here a month ago. It's great! Parking is not a problem for us, and there's hardly ever more than a couple cars on our side of the building.

The AC/Furnace unit will need to be replaced soon, but it's a small unit so it won't be very expensive. I think all condos have the same unit so if you get a place you will probably have to replace yours as well.

We used some bug spray along the base of the wall (you can get some that is pet safe and doesn't smell) and haven't had any bug problems since.

The price was great for this area, and the value has nowhere to go but up! Anyone looking to invest in some property should buy here! It's close to Napervile and I-88.
