Here's a list of what was wrong with my apartment:

1. When you would turn on the faucet, it would spray water in your face.
2. The soap dish was rusted out.
3. The door was broken and wouldn't stay locked.
4. The intercom system was so faint that you couldn't actually here what anyone was saying.
5. The walls were so thin that I could converse with my neighbors throught them.
6. The washers and dryers are always broken.
7. The balcony door didn't lock properly.
8. The stove didn't work.
9. The refrigerator was stained, smelly and often broken.

The management actually fixed TWO of the above problems, I fixed the rest. If you move in, I hope your a handyman.
