1st of all most the people that dont like the complex are renting and if your renting you have to talk to you private lanlord that u pay ur rent to, they have to fix your problems.. I moved in, in May and yeah Ive had my furance break down but called my lanlord and she's handling every thing...parking, cant complain, my neighbors are just fine my building is rather quit...the only problem ive had is dealing with a ghetto as female that is crazy other than that every thing has been great i hope to be here for a while..my laundry room is nice clean and always in working order. the only issue I wish they would resolve is then end where multiple people own dogs..it smells nasty just like wet dog(and I have notified my landlord that deals with the property management, and she's very inpatient about things so i know it will be handled)on there end of the building
