I guess these apartments were ok for the amount of rent and very convenient for commuters. They are older and much of the age is showing being that the apartments haven't been updated. Yes, the kitchens are TINY and dark, but the rest of the apartment is pretty spacious. We did have a few issues...the apartment sink in the bathroom above us was leaking into our bathroom and thus resulted in a large bubble in the ceiling, then a large hole. Not to mention our neigbor that lived above us must have re-arranged his furniture on a daily basis as the noise never ceased,(sometimes you'd hear noice at 3 AM)even after contacting the leasing office...and finally, it must have just been the building that we lived in, but in the last month that we lived there, the fire alarm went off atleast 5 times. It wasnt pleasant! Overall, these apartments are nothing to rave about, but they arent the worst in the area.
