I have lived in lisle for a while including in other properties. Wont recommend them at all unless there is no other choice. Especially with the lease issue they are really a pain. I had to pay for 6 months extra rent since they dont let people off the lease. There is NO lease breakage.

Um...what are you talkin about?? You cant break a lease ANYWHERE...thats the whooooole point of a lease....its a contract! So of course you would have to pay all that rent.

No you lose the security deposit and last months rent if that was paid when the person moved in. Why pay rent when you aren't living there? Doesn't make any sense to me. If some moves in the landlord will be making double the rent and that is not right any lawyer will tell you that. If there is no damage to the apartment than the security deposit should do fine
