It has a great price. I have lived here about 6 months now. Was decent while it was cold but now (summer) AC is broke and we called Friday to get it fixed (Its now monday) and we called to see whats going on and they said we have 14 people ahead of us... I think thats a little bogus but up until now I have had no problems with any of our appliances except the water heater and they replaced that the same day it was acting up. Parking is a little hectic, probably could use assigned spots but its pretty much a free for all with parking, have only had to park at the adjacent building once or twice due to lack of spaces. You get what you pay for in all honesty. The appliances were said to be new but when checked the fridge was used before... Also they said there was tile in the front walkway of the apartment and in the kitchen, but its really just linoleum that looks like tile. You CAN hear your neighbors... but its not too bad. I guess its because theres not alot of screaming children near my apartment, but if I have my TV on at a normal volume level and go outside I can hear it from the end of the hall. Or when people walk by outside of my apartment I can hear them. OVerall, these apartments are a good bargain and are very close to the train station if you need the commute on public transportation. I would like to see them update some of the appliances and maybe go to central air... then this place would be great. Another thing, when we first moved in the fire alarm WOULD go off from time to time (Once or twice a month) and the fire dept. would have to come and turn it off, hasn't for the past month or so though so I guess they got it fixed.
